Lynx.MD and Schweiger Dermatology Group have partnered to create a real-world data (RWD) repository to enhance dermatology research and patient care, leveraging extensive patient data.

Lynx.MD, a secure data network and medical intelligence platform, has partnered with Schweiger Dermatology Group, a leading dermatology practice in the US, to create a comprehensive RWD repository focused on advancing dermatology research and patient care. This collaboration expands Lynx.MD’s presence in specialty practice areas, such as gastroenterology, by leveraging Schweiger Dermatology’s extensive patient data.

The American Academy of Dermatology reports that nearly 84.5 million Americans, approximately one in four, are affected by skin diseases, resulting in an estimated annual cost of $75 billion. This partnership aims to address these challenges by creating a valuable resource for researchers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical practitioners.
